The company was formerly known as CSU CardSystem S.A. and changed its name to CSU Digital S.A. in August 2022. The company was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Barueri, Brazil. CSU Digital S.A. is a subsidiary of Greeneville Delaware LLC.
