On June 28, 2024, Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment, Inc., along with its affiliates, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The plan was later approved as Chapter 7 liquidation on July 10, 2024.
