Chimerix, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, develops medicines to improve and extend the lives of patients facing deadly diseases in the United States. Its product pipeline comprising dordaviprone (ONC201), which is in phase 3 clinical-stage development for H3 K27M-mutant diffuse glioma, as well as in phase 2 Investigator Initiated Clinical Trials for multiple oncology studies; and ONC206, a second generation imipridone ClpP agonist and DRD2 antagonist which is in phase 1 clinical trial to treat central nervous systems and other solid tumors.
