Hindustan Media Ventures Limited was formerly known as Searchlight Publishing House Limited and changed its name to Hindustan Media Ventures Limited in November 2008. The company was incorporated in 1918 and is headquartered in New Delhi, India. Hindustan Media Ventures Limited is a subsidiary of HT Media Limited.
