The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. was formerly known as Interpublic Incorporated and changed its name to The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. in February 1964. The company was founded in 1902 and is based in New York, New York. As of November 26, 2025, The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Omnicom Group Inc.
