The Portfolio generally emphasizes investments in debt securities rated A+ to BBB- by S&P or Fitch or A1 to Baa3 by Moody"s. The Portfolio may also invest in higher-rated investment grade securities and/or below-investment grade securities depending on the expected credit premium.
